Where we ship

We ship Australia-wide and to New Zealand. Orders are dispatched from our Carlingford, Sydney warehouse.

Australian delivery rates

  • Standard delivery: $15 (ex GST). Free on orders of $299 or more (ex GST).
  • Express delivery: $25 (ex GST).

Bulky or heavy equipment (compressors, suction units, sterilisers, chairs) is quoted separately. We will contact you with a freight quote before dispatch if your order includes an item that cannot travel at the standard rate.

New Zealand delivery rates

  • Standard: $20 AUD
  • Express: $29.99 AUD

New Zealand customers are responsible for any GST, duties or import charges levied on arrival.

Dispatch and delivery times

In-stock items ordered before 12pm Sydney time on a business day are normally dispatched the same day; later orders dispatch the next business day. Typical delivery after dispatch:

  • Sydney metro: 1 to 2 business days (Standard), next business day (Express)
  • NSW, ACT, VIC, QLD metro: 2 to 4 business days (Standard), 1 to 2 business days (Express)
  • Regional and WA, NT, TAS: 4 to 8 business days (Standard), 2 to 4 business days (Express)
  • New Zealand: 5 to 10 business days (Standard), 3 to 5 business days (Express)

Delivery times are estimates and depend on the carrier. If an item is on back order we will tell you the expected date before we take payment for it, or offer an alternative.

Pricing and GST

Prices on this store are shown exclusive of GST. GST and shipping are added at checkout.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email when your order is dispatched.

Damaged or missing items

Please check your delivery on arrival. If anything is damaged, missing or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@universaldental.com.au or (02) 8313 0559 and we will put it right. See our Returns and Refunds Policy for details.

Local pick-up from Carlingford can be arranged by prior appointment. Call (02) 8313 0559 to organise a time.
